用途与特点
该线具有远红外加热系统，供干燥、合化鞋帮、鞋底、以提高粘着力，同时具有加热定型和低温冷定鞋类的多功能输送设备。
1、整条生产线的帮工、底工、包装部分的长度可根据用户厂房定。
2、生产线一般分为传动、低温烘室、高温烘室、刷胶台、冷冻定型也可根据用户要求生产。
3、传动线有平胶带，不锈钢管传动，无极调速。
4、低温烘室、高温烘室采用远红外加热管电加热，提高了胶的附着力。
5、冷冻定箱采用水冷机组，冷冻效果较好。 |
It is equipped with far infrared heating system to dry and press the upper and sole so as to improve adhesive force ,Also with multifunctional conveyor equipment with heating sizing and low temperature sizing.
a.The length of the whole producing line upper ,sole,and package part can be ordered according to customer workshop.
b.The producing line usually includes transmission ,low temperature oven ,high temperature oven ,glue swabbing table-According to cus tomer demands ,also can produce frozen forming.
c.The transmission line is equipped with level adhesive tape .Stainless steel transmission .Stepless speed adjusting.
d.The low temperature oven and high temperature oven adopt far infrared electric heating tubes to improve the glue adhesive power.
e.The frozen forming adopts water cooling machine set to achieve good freezing effect . |
