用途与特点
本机适用于皮革塑料、布类、皮包、玩具、帽子、发泡片、地板材料、软木片等各种需要刀模裁断的裁剪物。
1．采用双油缸，四柱导向，自动平衡连杆结构，保证每一个裁断位置的裁断深度完全相同。
2．设有自动润滑系统，操作简单，故障率低，裁断力强。
3．裁断板下接触刀模时自动慢切，使裁切料的最上层与最下层没有尺寸误差。
4．特有设定构造，配合裁断力及裁断高度，使行程调整简单、准确。
5．设有特长的行程设定，适合特厚的材料及特高的刀模行裁。 |
The machine is mainly suitable for cutting materials like leather,plastic,cloth,leather bags,toys,hats,spongy floss pieces,floor materials,soft wood pieces and materials meeded cutting out.
1．With double oil cylinders, four-column guide and automatically balancing link rod structure to ensure the completely same cutting depth of each cutting position.
2．With automatic lubricating system with easy operation, low fault rate and strong cutting force.
3．Automatic slow cutting when the cutting plate presses downward and touches the cutting
die, ensuring no size error between the top and bottom layers of cutting materials.
4．Specially set structure to fit the cutting knife and cutting height, contributing to simple and accurate travel adjustment.
5．With setting of extended travel, suitable for cutting of extra-thick materials and extra-high cutting die.
